Service Description

Workshops designed for clients, fitness enthusiasts, movement teachers and lovers! These will be offered Wednesday mornings at 8:15am in studio and online. PLEASE TEXT THE STUDIO NUMBER IF YOU ARE COMING ONLINE! All will receive a link for the online version, but you can ignore if you plan to come in person. Payment is for all 3 classes in the series.
