Moksha Yoga Inc. d/b/a The Movery welcomes you to the studio. Thank you for visiting us! To get started, please read the terms below and indicate your agreement with these terms by signing and dating this document in the spaces below.

You understand and accept the inherent risks of participating in classes and other activities at The Movery (collectively, “Classes”).
You engage in Classes at your own risk and assume full and sole responsibility for any personal injury, death or property damage suffered by you.
You certify that you have no physical or other condition that would limit or prohibit your participation in any Classes.
You acknowledge that you are advised to obtain any necessary medical clearances from your physician prior to and while participating in any Classes.
You hereby forever waive, release, discharge, covenant not to sue, and defend, indemnify and hold harmless The Movery and its instructors, agents, representatives, servants, owners, officers, directors, employees and contractors from, for and against all actions, claims, demands, costs, loss, expenses and other damages of any type, known or unknown, now or in the future, whether personal injury, death, property damage or other damage, arising out of or in any way related to your participation in any Classes or your use of any equipment or facilities at The Movery.
